Hello, when I want to create a conda environment, “CondaVerificationError:The package for python located at xxx appears to be corrupted.” occurred, I want to know what happened and how to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

    Hello,

Is the xxx part pointing to your home directory? Or is it pointing to the copy in /glob?

If it is pointing to your home directory, it may be that something happened to your local conda environments stored in ~/.local/lib. If this happens to be the case, you will have to find and delete the corrupted environment. If you are okay with recreating the environment, the easiest approach is to delete this directory.

If it is pointing to /glob, then this sounds like an issue with our installation f python. In which case we would need a little more information to debug what is going on.

    Best,
    Ryo
